My clients include those in retirement that are still able to visit my studio and those who live in residential homes requiring home visits.

All sessions that are taught within residential homes consist of light exercises, taking a whole body approach. All sessions are taught in groups, predominantly chair based. Each individual is assessed and any contra-indications allowed for, adapting exercises accordingly.
Sessions last approximately 45 minutes.
Whatever your age or ability, you are never to old to exercise!
