Eating healthy and having the correct nutrition plays a crucial part of living a healthy lifestyle.  Making the correct food choices has a massive influence on your health and wellbeing.

To under eat can be just as detrimental to your body as overeating.  To under eat reduces metabolic rate and lowers the rate at which your body burns fat.  This means that by drastically reducing your calorie intake, you could be increasing you body fat mass!

Drastic weight loss is often the result of losing lean muscle tissue and dehydration. 

Living a healthy lifestyle and losing weight doesn’t mean eating less.  Losing weight and losing fat are two completely different things.
