Small group PT sessions are perfect if you enjoy training with friends or are simply looking for more affordable training, with a more personal touch, and still without those dreaded gym fees!!!
A fun, varied class aimed to improve cardiovascular fitness whilst also working the whole body in a range of muscular strength and endurance exercises.
The sessions are predominantly circuit based, which means you work various muscle groups at different stations throughout the class for up to 2 minutes, before moving on to the next exercise. Working both on your own and in pairs ensures you work at the level right for you, achieving the best results.
A great way to increase your fitness and tone up whilst having fun! No co-ordination needed! All levels of fitness welcome.
Whatever your fitness goals, there is a group session for you! Do not let any of your demons stop you from coming and giving it a go! Do you need to exercise? have you resisted joining the local gym because you feel too overweight, underweight, unfit or too old? You're not alone! Come and join us, training with like minded people in a fun, relaxed atmosphere! Leave your hung ups at home and you'll wish you'd done it years ago!!
Sessions last 1 hour.
Pay Just £30 every 4 weeks by Standing Order or £35 cash and book in for a group session of your choice. First come first serve. Book early to avoid dissapointment!
Wednesday 7.30pm – Intermediate/Advance
Thursday 6.20pm – Beginner/Intermediate
Thursday 7.30pm – Intermediate/Advance - surprise!!!
Saturday 9am – Intermediate/Advance
*NEW SURPRISE group, different every week – ranging from a week of Boxing and Abs, to circuits or maybe a mad cardio session boot-camp style in the park! Who’s brave enough to take the gamble!
Each group has a maximum of 8 people to ensure that personal touch isn’t lost, yet still taking individual needs into consideration.
